Head of Forward Deployed Engineering
This role is no longer accepting applications. We keep closed listings up for reference — browse open FDE roles instead.
Why it's interesting
Replit is hiring someone to build its FDE org from zero at $300–400K — proof the role now has a management track, not just an IC ceiling.
The role
Stand up and lead Replit's Forward Deployed Engineering function: hire the team, define the deployment playbook, and own enterprise customers shipping production apps built with Replit Agent. Series B, AI-coding category leader — the org you build is the one the next hundred FDE candidates apply to.
Applications go directly to the company. We curate; we don't broker.
